What is the  BLITZSCALER  Programme?

The Green Packet Blitzscaler Programme is a 24-month accelerated management trainee programme that’s aims to find, equip and nurture future stars on their journey to becoming leaders in the digital industry. The programme enables trainees to get maximum exposure to high-level leadership and solve real-world challenges through digital solutions by being placed in various Business Units throughout their time in the company.
As Green Packet is a global digital tech company with over 20 years of experience, trainees will gain new insights into the digital world and learn how digitalisation can make an impact to communities and businesses.

Eligibility Criteria

Open to fresh undergraduates / graduates or up to 2 years of working experience
Possess a recognised degree in any discipline
Achieved excellent academic result with a minimum upper 2nd Class Honours
Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
Excellent spoken and written in English, with good command of a second language
Creative and resourceful personality with a growth mindset
Willing to work in Malaysia

Regardless of the journey, the Trainee will be able to be a Project Manager and lead a project of his/ her choice

Application Journey

Pre-Screening
All applications will be reviewed based on eligibility and shortlisted candidate will sit for a business acumen test ​
First
Interview
Successful candidates in this round will be interviewed by Program Coordinator and/ or People Business Partner​
Assessment
Candidate will sit for an online Cognitive Assessment. Candidates with a minimum passing mark of 70% will move to the next round​
Final
Interview
Candidates will be Interviewed by a C-Suite Executive and their Hiring Manager for a final assessment.
Offer &
Acceptance
Successful candidates will be offered a position to be in the programme.
